1. About Our Products

Are these physical books or digital files?

All Bravora resources are digital products. This means you will receive them as PDF files or Ebooks that you can read on your phone, tablet, or computer. This allows us to get the information to you instantly without any shipping costs.

Do I need a special app to read the guides?

No. All our guides are in PDF format, which can be opened by any smartphone, tablet, or computer. Most devices have a "PDF viewer" or "Files" app built-in.

Can I print the guides?

Yes! Once you download the file, you can print it at home or at a local print shop (like PostNet or a local library) if you prefer a physical copy to write in.

2. Orders & Delivery

How do I receive my guide after paying?

Immediately after your payment is successful via PayFast, a download link will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. You can click that link to download your guide instantly.

I didn't receive my email link. What should I do?

First, please check your Spam or Junk folder. Sometimes emails get filtered there. If it's still not there after 10 minutes, please email us at

support@bravora.co.za with your order number, and we will send it to you manually.

How long do I have to download the file?

We recommend downloading the file and saving it to your device as soon as you receive the email. While the link doesn't expire immediately, saving it ensures you always have access to it, even when you are offline.

3. Payments & Security

Is it safe to pay with my card here?

Yes, 100%. We use PayFast, South Africa's leading secure payment gateway. Bravora does not see or store your credit card details. All transactions are encrypted and processed through PayFast's secure bank-level systems.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Through PayFast, we accept:

  • Visa & Mastercard (Debit and Credit cards)
  • Instant EFT
  • SCode
  • Masterpass

Can I pay via cash deposit or EFT?

We recommend using the Instant EFT or SCode options at checkout. SCode allows you to pay for your online order in person via cash at participating retailers (like Checkers, Shoprite, or OK).

4. Refund Policy

What is your "Results or Refund" guarantee?

We believe in our methods. If you follow at least 3 methods from our material for 30 days and provide proof (screenshots) that they didn't work for you, we will issue a full refund within 24 hours of approval. Please see our

Do you offer one-on-one coaching?
